Wall Removal & Home Additions
Removing a wall can dramatically change how a home feels and functions, but it requires careful planning. Before changes are made, it is important to determine whether the wall is structural and understand how the surrounding areas of the home may be affected.
Kim Jamison General Contractor can help homeowners evaluate wall removal as part of a larger remodeling or renovation project. Our team can also help plan room additions and other expansions when additional living space is needed.
From opening up an existing floor plan to adding new space, we can help coordinate the construction involved and create improvements that work with the existing home. You can also explore examples of completed projects in our renovation gallery.
Experience, Reputation & Strong Values
When choosing between remodeling contractors, experience and reputation can be just as important as the work itself. Kim Jamison General Contractor has served the Amarillo area since 1982, building long-term relationships with homeowners, subcontractors, and other professionals involved in our projects.
Homeowners comparing contractors can also review the Federal Trade Commission’s guidance on hiring a contractor for tips on evaluating contractors and avoiding home improvement scams.
We believe quality workmanship, reliability, communication, and honest dealing are essential to a successful remodeling project. Many of the subcontractors we work with have been trusted partners for years, helping us maintain consistency across the different stages of construction.
Our goal is to give homeowners confidence in the people working on their property and in the team responsible for bringing their project together.
